New homes at Plot 2
SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is bringing forward plans for new affordable homes in the Townhill Park regeneration area.
These plans are part of Southampton City Council’s Townhill Park Regeneration Programme and will deliver new homes, vibrant green spaces, landscaping and new pathways in the area.
From 25 June 2026 to 16 July 2026, we held a consultation on our proposals, sharing plans with the local community and asking for views to shape our plans. This included holding a drop-in event at Townhill Park Community Centre on Wednesday 8 July. The information on display can also be viewed here.
Thank you to everyone who shared their views and left feedback on our proposals. We are finalising our plans for Plot 2 with this feedback in mind, and we intend to submit a planning application to Southampton City Council later this year.
Plans for Plots 9 and 10 are still being developed, and we are working with the council to look at the best mix of properties that can be delivered on these sites.

Next steps
Once the consultation closes, we will finalise our plans for Plot 2 with the aim to submit an application to Southampton City Council in Autumn 2026.
Further information will be available on emerging plans for Plot 9 in due course.
We will consider all feedback provided through this consultation as we evolve our plans as part of the Townhill Park Regeneration Programme.
